Sponsor Housing

A benefit to companies who sponsor $3800 or more is the opportunity to reserve suite(s) and a block of rooms prior to the official opening of housing. Your company must be a confirmed Fresh Summit 2008 sponsor to be eligible for this benefit. All other rooms and suites will be sold on a “first come, first served” basis through PMA’s housing office when housing officially opens on May 14, 2008.

NEW Sponsor Housing Policy

Sponsors may reserve a block of rooms and/or suites based on the following policy:

1. Top sponsor maximum of 75 rooms and 3 suites
2. Platinum sponsors ($20,000 +) maximum of 50 rooms and 2 suites
3. Gold sponsors ($10,000 – $19,999) maximum of 30 rooms and 2 suites
4. Silver sponsors ($5,000 –$9,999) maximum of 20 rooms and 1 suite
5. Bronze sponsors ($3,800 – $4,999) maximum of 10 rooms and 1 suite

Reservations:

Sponsor Housing will open on February 1, 2008. Requests must be submitted by March 3, 2008. Sponsors are required to complete and submit the sponsor housing form to Patti Shanks. Only reservations made by sponsors via this form will be confirmed.

Confirmations

Suite and room block assignments will be made in April. Confirmations will come from PMA’s housing office along with contact information. If booking a suite and/or room block, you will receive your confirmation prior to the opening of housing. Be sure to check confirmations carefully and make any necessary changes immediately. Changes may be made online using the account number and password from your confirmation, faxed, or emailed to pma08housing@expovision.com.

Cancellations and Changes

The deadline date for all initial name assignments for group room blocks of 10 or more rooms is August 21, 2008. All hotel rooms being held without a name after this date will be released. All cancellations, date and name changes must be made through the PMA Housing Office and must be received by September 22, 2008. After this date the PMA Housing Office will continue to process reservations and changes subject to hotel availability. Deposits are non-refundable after September 22, 2008.

After reconfirming your departure date at check-in, should you decide to leave early, you will not be refunded any monies. Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit and cancellation of room for the remainder of the stay.
