You can’t afford to miss this opportunity to update your company contact information, description, and product listings in the most comprehensive source of Fresh Summit exhibitors, read by thousands year-round. Information added to your directory listing by August 15 at 5:00 p.m. EDT will be included in the printed directory. Information added to your listing before, during, or after the show will be available online. Update your directory listing in the Virtual Trade Show .

Best of Show Contest

Be sure to consider this contest when planning for your booth – 1st and 2nd place winners will be awarded in two categories and prizes include recognition on the show floor, in the Monday General Session, in PMA press releases and on PMA’s web site. Download the Attendee List

Exhibitors may download the attendee list for use with direct mail promotions directly from the PMA Web site. The attendee list is available to download as soon as registration opens in mid May. Most attendees have registered by mid-September.

E-postcards

Promote your presence to your current and prospective customers with a series of e-postcards available for download from PMA. Choose from a selection of postcards that you can send to your customers along with a message that features the Fresh Summit dates, location, your company’s name, and booth number. These postcards will serve to remind your customers of the upcoming show and let them know exactly where you'll be!

Press Room / Media Lists / Media Kits

All exhibitors have access to lists of media representatives who have registered for Fresh Summit. Exhibitors are encouraged to drop off a media kit and/or news releases to the Press Room prior to the opening of the show on Saturday, October 25. There will be tables and chairs for media interviews in the PMA Press Room. Exhibitors wishing to hold a press conference should complete an Industry Meeting Room Form.

Complimentary Exhibitor Invitations

Consider one of the least expensive, most effective methods to get your company name in front of key buyers and other industry professionals: exhibitor invitations will allow your most important guests free registration to the 2008 Fresh Summit Exposition. The invitations are customized to include your company’s name. When your guests register online, they will be reminded to visit your booth at Fresh Summit and you will be notified by e-mail of their registration.

  • Complimentary Exhibitor Invitations are mailed to the booth sales contact in early July.
  • Exhibitors receive 5 invitations per 10x10 booth space.
