Then watch and learn as Cora and Colicchio showcase their talents and reveal their techniques using fresh produce in the preparation of diverse dishes. PMA Consulting Chef Robert Danhi will moderate the discussion, and then emcee the demo, rounding out this culinary tour de force, while recipients of the Nucci Scholarship for Culinary Innovation will assist.
